This Privacy Policy describes how Gemini Omni ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you access omni-gemini.ai and the Gemini Omni AI video and image generator (the "Service").
Account information. When you sign in to Gemini Omni we collect your email address, display name (where applicable), and authentication identifiers from the provider you used (for example Google).
Generation data. When you use Gemini Omni we process the prompts, reference images, reference audio, and reference video clips you submit, together with the output the model produces. Outputs are stored under your account so you can revisit, download, or delete them.
Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe and (where applicable) PayPal. Gemini Omni receives only the metadata required to fulfill your order — your plan, status, transaction identifier, and country of billing. We do not see or store your full card number.
Device and usage data. We collect IP address, browser type, device type, locale, referring URL, and standard server logs. We also record product analytics events such as page views and feature usage so we can keep Gemini Omni reliable.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your locale, and measure aggregated product usage. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the parties needed to run Gemini Omni:
Each provider is contractually limited to using your data for the purpose of delivering its service to Gemini Omni.
Outputs you generate with Gemini Omni belong to you, subject to the Terms of Service. Every Gemini Omni clip ships with invisible provenance metadata for AI traceability. We may use aggregated and de-identified signals about generations (for example, prompt length distribution, latency, or error rates) to improve the Service.
We do not train the underlying Gemini Omni model on your private prompts or outputs without explicit, separate opt-in consent.
When you delete your Gemini Omni account, we permanently remove your account-bound data and outputs from our active systems, subject to legal retention duties.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for processing that depends on consent. To exercise these rights write to support@omni-gemini.ai from the email on file. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Gemini Omni operates globally. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required we use appropriate safeguards — for example, standard contractual clauses — for cross-border transfers.
Gemini Omni is not directed at children under 13 (or under the higher age threshold required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Gemini Omni, contact support@omni-gemini.ai and we will delete it.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a security incident affecting your Gemini Omni account, email support@omni-gemini.ai immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes took effect. Material changes will be announced inside the Gemini Omni product or by email.
